HMM-2009, Accommodations

The opening reception for HMM-2009 will be held at 6-8pm on Monday, May 11, 2009, at the Holiday Inn Gaithersburg *. Transportation onto the NIST campus and to the banquet location will also originate at the Holiday Inn.

A block of rooms has been reserved for May 11-13, 2009, available at a special rate of $113 per night plus 12% tax. To reserve a room at the special rate, contact the hotel directly at (301) 948-8900 and inform the reservation agent that you are attending HMM. The special rate will be available no longer than Monday, April 20, 2009. Normal room rates at the Holiday Inn Gaithersburg start at $178 per night.
